Responsibilities:
- Work to obtain all necessary permits as requested by the PM or PX
- Review drawings and specifications to become completely familiar with the project
- Complete sub evaluations of bids, scope review, and complete buyout
- Develop and manage a project submittal log
- Review submittals to ensure compliance with contract documents
- Distribute all punch lists and the follow-up as necessary to ensure timely completion of punch list work
- Maintain strong relationships with client and internal employees
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3 years experience with another General Contractor
- Dependable, adaptable, excellent communication skills
