Do you have expertise in leading complex K-12 educational construction projects, such as building schools and managing large-scale additions? Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction for K-12 educational projects valued at $30M or more.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain strict adherence to schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure compliance with project plans.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and create look-ahead schedules to meet milestones.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and teams to maintain alignment and trust throughout the project.
• Manage documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, and change orders, to keep the project on track.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a proven track record of managing $30M ground-up projects.
• Strong experience in K-12/educational facility construction (ground-up and additions) is highly preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
• A strong history of tenure and success in previous roles.
