What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Superintendent position at SL Recruit?
My Client is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent who is a motivated and resourceful self-starter to join our team. The successful candidate will need to possess excellent communications and time management skills, to assist in planning, scheduling, and directing project activities and subcontractor personnel from pre-construction, construction and closeouts. To succeed, it is crucial you know how to execute safety and quality standards on each project.
Responsibilities :
- Reports to Project Manager and / or Sr. Project Manager
- Collaborate w / project team at all levels
- Set performance goals & deadlines
- Hold coordination / toolbox meetings w / subcontractors
- Perform and maintain company document requirements (daily reports, photos, AHAs toolbox talks, look ahead schedules, etc.)
- Implement safety and quality guidelines
- Resolve on site issues and emergencies
