Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead our project teams across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Oversee a portfolio of complex construction or operational initiatives spanning multiple lines of business.
- Team Leadership: Provide on-site leadership by building and motivating team members to meet project goals.
- Full Project Lifecycle Ownership: Manage projects from initiation through deployment for multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior stakeholders to provide strategic updates and gather feedback.
- Resource Management: Procure and manage resources effectively, such as equipment, materials, and personnel, to achieve project objectives within planned timeframes.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in construction with a focus on large-scale projects ($5-$15M)
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams across various sectors (education, healthcare, commercial).
