Duties

- Conduct interviews and hire new staff members, providing training and ongoing support to develop their skills.
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate compensation for all employees.
- Implement effective time management strategies to maximize productivity within the team.
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions about product offerings and promotions.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

Experience
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.

- Experience in wireless sales is preferred but not required.
