The role : Senior Analyst, Finance Operations (Public Sector)
The Engagement Management Office (EMO), a team within the internal Accounting and Finance Department – Financial Operations is based in Seattle, has oversight responsibilities for the review, set-up, maintenance and billing of all of Slalom office’s contracted engagements world-wide. In addition to adding and maintaining engagement data, this team monitors and coordinates logistics with time entries, accounting data, project manages accounts receivable discrepancies and provides excellent customer service with both internal Slalom Markets and external Clients. The ideal candidate will support the Government Region Engagement Management Office with unwavering accuracy, be exceedingly organized with a high emotional IQ and able to implement/communicate processes and policies in a fast-paced environment. The EMO Senior Analyst will assist in managing the EMO Manager; including precise advanced contract review, accurate and timely invoicing, data analysis, some revenue and accounting related questions, communicate directly with region as financial operations liaison and act as a role model.

What You’ll Do:
- Review/Research complex contracts/sales requests for Eng. Setup/maintenance
- Manage and prioritize the regional queue of incoming requests
- Ownership of billing and delivery of accurate government invoices to their specifications
- Implement and enforce policy/procedure for the EMO Region through education and guidance
- Responsible for complex/gray inquires, contract intricacies and how to marry that to the system
- Lead meetings with various Regional Markets to verify contract data, A/R, revenue and general inquiries
- Partner with Supervisor to bring possible initiatives and complete ad-hoc projects
What you’ll bring:
- Accounting experience; including A/R, A/P, Staff Accounting, FP&A
- Minimum of five plus years of professional work experience
- Supervisory/Technical Lead experience
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Detail orientated with strong organizational and superior communication skills.
- Service Minded with experience deciphering ambiguous requests and taking ownership
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
Bonus points if you have any:
- MBA, PMP, CPA
- Federal, state or local government experience
- Exhibit positive spirit & good work ethic
- Worked in a technology environment
