The Project Delivery capability in New England consists of experienced program and project managers who collaborate with clients to plan project milestones, create roadmaps, and manage initiatives.
We are seeking Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Principal level talent for this role with demonstrated subject matter expertise in the Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry.
What You'll Do
- Provide Life Sciences industry expertise and oversight for project delivery teams
- Contribute best practices and thought leadership on relevant Life Sciences industry trends
- Maintain awareness of the industry's best practices and how Slalom practice areas can support clients
- Plan and lead the execution of all aspects of complex project delivery; this includes managing core elements like timelines, resources, scope, budget, risks / issues, and communication
- Align team and client stakeholders to desired business outcomes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery; proactively contribute to building team vision and strategy
- Ensure prioritization, quality, and accuracy across all deliverables
- Research, analyze, and recommend approaches for solving difficult business strategy or technology problems
- Lead project and program delivery in both traditional and Agile environments
- Collaborate within Slalom and be ready, willing, and able to drive growth within our Delivery practice through strong partnerships with our other capabilities, to improve solutioning and drive business outcomes
- Cultivate trusted client relationships and partnerships, converting early-stage engagements into longer-term programs
- Strive to meet an 80-85% annual client billable utilization goal
- At Principal level, drive $1M in managed or sold revenue
