Job Title : Salesforce - Technical Delivery Lead
Who you are :
You are the Salesforce subject matter expert, focused on designing and ensuring delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for and with our clients. You are a self-driven individual with a "get it done" attitude and a passion to solve complex business and technology problems.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform within clients' architectural landscape
- Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end-states
- Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed
- Provide expert guidance and support business development opportunities, including writing SOWs and presenting solutions to prospective clients
- Support recruiting, selection, staffing and onboarding of consultants to projects; assist in qualifying opportunities and work with people managers and consultants to assess project fit

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $138,500 to $197,500. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
