Pool Cleaner/Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool maintenance and repair, demonstrating mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using both hand and power tools. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained, providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform regular maintenance on residential and commercial pools, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to conduct repairs on pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters.
• Inspect pool systems for potential issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate with clients regarding their pool maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role related to pool maintenance.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment effectively.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear explanations of services performed.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred to travel between job sites.
