As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' pools are well-maintained, safe, and clean, providing excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of residential and commercial pools.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct inspections of pool equipment to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Maintain water quality by testing chemical levels and making adjustments as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Document service performed on each visit and maintain accurate records of equipment repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
