Ecommerce Account Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing online sales accounts and providing exceptional customer service. This position is preferred to be based in Columbia or Dominican Republic to ensure daytime availability, but exceptional candidates from the Philippines will also be considered.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize online sales accounts on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Oversee and coordinate shipments and logistics for online orders
- Manage product listings and ensure accuracy and visibility
- Analyze sales data and trends to make strategic decisions for account growth
