The Role
Tangle Teezer Junior Ecomm Manager – Tangle Teezer is seeking a strategic and analytical Junior Ecommerce Manager with a proven track record of helping scale growth on Amazon. This role reports to Tangle Teezer’s Director of Sales, US and will focus on both the day to day and long-term success of Tangle Teezer’s Amazon North American business. This role also supports the growth of other e-commerce marketplaces such as Tik Tok Shop and collaborates internally to drive growth across the e-commerce landscape.
In this role you’ll get to :
- Define and achieve growth targets by implementing effective advertising strategies, promotions, site content optimization, and assortment plans.
- Work closely with the Amazon agency to support the business and ensure operational excellence, focusing on achieving sales goals and profitability.
- Lead business communication and coordination, ensuring that customer needs and relevant information are communicated across Tangle Teezer and facilitating collaboration between internal and external teams.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to develop compelling PDP, A Premium content, and storefront content to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Develop and execute the brand store strategy in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Manage customer business planning, program development, and ensure complete execution of agreed-upon plans.
- Oversee new product launches, handling everything from start to finish, including administrative details.
- Monitor competitive activity and the 3rd party seller landscape, addressing suppression issues and maintaining the buy box, including any Brand Registry issues.
- Coordinate and communicate customer-specific promotions with the agency and internal teams, including marketing, demand planning, and operations.
- Maintain internal documents such as Sell Thru Reports, Launch Trackers, and Sales Forecasting Sheets to ensure effective communication.
- Drive inputs into SKU-level sales forecasting, working closely with Demand Planning and Agency Business Manager to ensure optimal stock levels despite seasonality and virality.
- Manage all Amazon-related operations, including customer experience (CX), listing and catalog management, account health, and other relevant business operations.
