Position: Manager, Talent Acquisition
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Summary: The Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for attracting talent and providing effective thought leadership, set benchmarks, analyze data/metrics, and understand how to prioritize to meet business objectives. TA Manager will work closely with business leaders to influence and deliver high quality hires and great candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel.
Responsibilities:
- Build, engage, manage, and develop a team of high-performing sourcing and recruiting team in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Drive sourcing capability and capacity across a geographically dispersed team within US to proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite the recruitment of market-leading talent for the business.
- Partner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners) to determine future talent needs and set and drive sourcing strategies
- Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress.
- Periodically, lead and/or participate in global Talent Acquisition related projects and initiatives
- Help implement employer branding projects to provide an insight view into what makes CSS Corp an amazing company to work for
- Support the diversity and inclusion strategy (inclusive of external projects) to brand CSS Corp as an employer that values having a diverse workforce
- Able to attract talent in most cost-effective way and keep CPH under control.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience ideally from contact center recruitment combined with market knowledge and 5 years of experience leading, building, and coaching a team of recruiters & sources, preferably a distributed team in a contact center environment
- Must a proven track record in high volume recruitment
- Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams of TA professionals (contingent and full time)
- Experience leveraging market and competitor analysis to define and execute effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
- Ability to build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence effectively and quickly
- A successful track record of developing and executing talent strategies that solve complex business needs
- Comfort with ambiguity and constant change because our industry and company are ever evolving
- Ability to set priorities and execute on commitments in an environment of constant change
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to collaborate on recruiting strategy and delivery
- Experience utilizing complex data sets and analytical skills to create, measure, and scale workflows to achieve accelerated hiring goals
- Experience preparing and delivering reports and TA dashboards to inform business leaders on the progress of key recruitment initiatives and hiring metrics.
