Position Overview
We are seeking junior to mid-level Associate Attorneys to join our team in fighting for justice for survivors of sexual abuse. The ideal Litigation Associate will be responsible for all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to: drafting complaints, responding to written discovery, conducting depositions, and eventually, trial. The Litigation Associate will also have the opportunity to independently carry a caseload to develop their own area of expertise. Growth and opportunity for advancement within the office is expected.
Experience/Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an attorney practicing civil litigation is required.
- Experience in the representation of plaintiffs in injury matters is preferred, however, attorneys with other applicable experience in the litigation of liability, such as insurance defense, may also be considered.
Potential salary offers within the posted range are directly commensurate with the applicant's level of civil litigation experience.
