Job Description:
Mechanic/Technician
We are seeking an experienced mechanic/technician to maintain and repair our fleet of rental equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Repair boom lifts, scissor lifts, construction forklifts, and other equipment accurately and efficiently.
- Understand electrical and hydraulic schematics to complete repairs correctly and safely.
- Assist technicians with maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Support team members in troubleshooting different types of lifts and determining resolutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Prior experience in mechanical, construction, high lifts, or related fields is essential.
- Ability to handle physical workload and complete tasks in a timely fashion.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or education in electrical, CANBUS systems, hydraulics, general diagnosis, and repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service lifts and other equipment.
- Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work out of a truck and adapt to changing circumstances.
