Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various methods, including networking, cold calling, and marketing.

- Negotiate and prepare contracts for real estate transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice real estate in Maryland (or willing to obtain a license).
- No prior real estate experience required – our apprenticeship program is designed for those new to the industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
