Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out, handling reservations and cancellations
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints
- Perform night audit procedures, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Ensure the safety and security of the property during the night shift
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or related field
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is preferred
