Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Fabricate and repair components as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and inventory management.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
- Execute residential painting tasks as required to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects effectively.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
- Ability to fabricate parts or components as necessary for repairs.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance tasks.
- Competence in reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience in residential painting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals.
