Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Train and supervise hotel staff, including front desk agents and housekeeping personnel
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage room reservations and ensure accurate billing and payment processing
- Conduct night audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests
- Monitor and maintain the hotel's phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is followed by staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest relations and enhance the overall guest experience
