We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Implement effective floor care techniques, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces as required.
- Oversee industrial cleaning tasks in designated areas while adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality or custodial industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and industrial cleaning practices.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and standards is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with staff and guests alike.
- Ability to lead by example while motivating a team towards achieving common goals.
