We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to be a part of our team. The ideal candidate will have previously worked as a Front Desk Agent and has visible office experience. Our Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting guests in a friendly manner, checking in guests, managing the front desk schedule and performing miscellaneous administrative duties to maintain efficiency of the office. The right candidate will have a good eye for detail, the ability to interact positively with guests and possess the ability to work well under pressure with multiple tasks at one time.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct customer inquiries.
- Answer customer phones and greet customers promptly, professionally, and accurately.
- Make reservations.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Maintain knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
