Maintenance Worker (part-time)

• We are looking for a PT Maintenance Employee
• 2 to 3 shift per week hours 9a to 3p Mon Thur and Fridays

As a Maintenance Worker, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair tasks. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will utilize your core skills in mechanical knowledge and facilities maintenance to address various issues. Your premium skills in electrical systems and welding will enhance your ability to tackle complex repairs. Additionally, your relevant experience in customer service and leadership will foster a collaborative work environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of our organization. Qualifications

• Proficient in English with strong communication skills
• Solid mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret schematics
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and electrical systems
• Experience in welding and using an ohmmeter
• Background in residential painting and customer service
• Leadership and supervisory experience in a maintenance setting
• Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

• We are looking for a PT Maintenance Employee
• 2 to 3 shift per week to start may turn into a full time job as this hotel is a new build that just opened
• Good driven record
• Able to learn pool testing
• Help the desk with any guest needs
• Able to cover any emergency situations that may come up
• Is handy and knows how to use tools
• Take instruction and be able to work alone and complete projects or tasks
• Only apply in interested in working 2 to 3 days 6 hour shifts
• Hours and days are flexible 9am to 3pm
• Hours can be discussed at interview time
• Shampoo guests rooms and carpet
• Preventative maintenance program on hotel and rooms that need attention
• Ticket system / We write up Maint tickets for you and to complete and when in the rooms check all thing that can be checked our fixed.
• Most of the work is Light Maint.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
