Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Manager to join our team. As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by overseeing all front desk operations. Your role will involve managing guest relations, coordinating front desk activities, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise the front desk staff, including training and scheduling
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Oversee the night audit process to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to appropriate departments
- Provide multilingual support to guests as necessary

Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using hotel management software systems
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
