We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience while maintaining high standards of service, efficiency, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
- Ensure exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Oversee revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Manage human resources functions including staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and team development.
- Coordinate night audit processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance among staff.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s services and amenities.
Skills
- Proven experience in guest services and guest relations within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of revenue management principles to drive profitability.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and financial reporting.
- Bilingual skills are a plus for enhancing guest communication.
- Proficient in hospitality management practices with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience with various phone systems.
- Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills to motivate staff.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
