Duties

- Manage reservations and ensure accurate guest information is recorded.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Operate phone systems to respond to incoming calls and provide information about hotel services.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Assist with billing inquiries and process payments efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
