Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and clean.
- Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed.
- Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to uphold hotel standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
