We are seeking a passionate Sales Representative to join our growing team in Little Rock, Arkansas. You will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare providers such as medical assistants (MAs), doctors, case managers and discharge planners to drive new patient referrals and grow active rentals of CPAP & oxygen therapy equipment.
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MAs, doctors, discharge planners, case managers and other referral sources to generate patient referrals.
- Conduct cold calling to identify potential leads and expand the customer base.
- Promote and educate healthcare providers on CPAP & oxygen therapy products through in-service training and educational materials.
- Manage and grow a defined territory in Arkansas by identifying new business opportunities.
- Deliver engaging product demos that highlight the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with sales management to develop effective sales plans and achieve targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize sales software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or DME (Durable Medical Equipment).
- Knowledge of respiratory therapy equipment (CPAP, oxygen therapy) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market data and customer feedback.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently and persuasively.
- Experience in lead generation techniques and cold calling strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to travel within Arkansas, with a valid driver’s license.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
