What We’re Looking For:
- People-First Attitude: You love connecting with people and making them feel heard and valued.
- Sales Rockstar: You’ve got 2-3 years of sales experience (bonus points if it’s in furniture, home styling, or health products).
- Customer Service Savvy: You’re a pro at building relationships and communicating effectively.
- Weekend Availability: Flexibility is key—you’ll need to work weekends, but we offer a schedule that works for you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Complete sales, initiate orders, and process payments with precision.
- Understand Customer Needs: Build rapport and help identify current and future customer requirements.
- Ensure Stock Availability: Monitor inventory and approve contracts to ensure everything’s in stock.
- Maintain a Safe and Clean Store: Create a welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Lead the Marketing Charge: Play a key role in shaping our sales strategy and market positioning.
- Manage Inventory & Operations: Make decisions to keep stock levels optimized and sales flowing smoothly.
- Analyze & Forecast: Use data to predict future sales and market trends to stay ahead of the game.
- Stay in Tune with Trends: Regularly check in with customers and team members to spot emerging trends or issues.
