Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and process customer orders using POS systems, Toast.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met during service.
- Assist in food preparation and maintain cleanliness in dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Manage cash register transactions efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a restaurant environment, particularly in fine dining settings
- Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Toast POS
- Strong food handling and safety knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food preparation and sanitation standards
