Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Provide financial guidance to executive leadership and support decision-making.
- Oversee financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to align with company goals.
- Lead budgeting, cash flow management, and capital allocation strategies.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance processes.
- Manage external audits, tax filings, and investor reporting.
Operational & Performance Optimization
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, refine pricing models, and improve margins.
- Drive financial process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
- Improve financial tools, reporting systems, and data analytics to support decision-making.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and key stakeholders.
Investor & Capital Management
- Support fundraising efforts, capital structuring, and financial negotiations.
- Develop financial reports and presentations for investors and key stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in financial leadership roles, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
- Proven experience scaling financial operations in a high-growth environment.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, strategic planning, and capital management.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, ERP systems, and advanced Excel functions.
- Deep understanding of GAAP, compliance, and financial regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
