What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales and Proposals Coordinator position at Slice Communications?
The Sales and Proposal Coordinator provides essential support to the Growth and Revenue Team, including CRM management, sales pipeline management, and RFP response management. This critical team member also provides administrative support to the Chief Relationships Officer and other sales team members, including scheduling sales meetings and presentations, and doing document management, including contracts, proposals, vendor qualification and approval materials, and sales presentations.
Accountabilities
- Manages administrative tasks such as scheduling, completing proposals and MSAs.
- Maintain accurate records in Monday.com CRM, including sales pipeline management.
- Coordinates RFP responses, including project management of partner agencies and completion of all required materials.

Core Responsibilities
Strategy
- Collaborate with the sales and client success teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance sales workflows and client deliverables.
- Develop a deep understanding of our Seven Solutions and services to provide valuable insights and education to clients and team members.
Sales Support
- Field incoming inquiries, perform initial qualification, track leads, and schedule sales meetings and presentations as appropriate.
- Ensure the team responds to prospect inquiries, providing detailed information about our products and services.
- Manage data integrity in Monday.com CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping and accurate activities and results metrics.
- Support reporting and analysis of CRM data, pulling and sharing reports with leadership and other teammates as required.
- Coordinate meetings and scheduling, prepare sales materials, and draft client-specific proposals.
- Manage scorecard, activities tracking, reports, and automations.
- Manage logistics, vendors, and production and organization of sales materials, including business cards, event kits, printing of sales and marketing materials, and event attendance as required.
RFP Response Coordination
- Coordinate the development of proposals, bids, quotations, questions, RFP responses, or other documents describing services in response to requests from prospective clients.
- Manage and meet proposal deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates for the proposals.
- Participate in pre-proposal meetings with contracting entities as necessary.
- Schedule, coordinate, prepare for, and take notes to support internal and external agency partner RFP response meetings.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal contributors, subject matter experts, and external agency partners to ensure proposal content and other requested material is complete, accurate, and maximizes likelihood of securing new contracts.
- Develop and establish a repository of templates, standard language, collateral, certifications, exhibits, and other resources to create high-quality and accurate responses.
- Establish a tracking system with win-loss information and preferred external agency partners in the Monday.com CRM.
- Review and analyze RFP losses to recommend enhancements to proposals, partners, or processes.
Research
- Research prospects/potential clients to support qualification.
- Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to recommend innovative solutions.
- Identify potential areas for improvement in sales processes and tool adoption.
- Participate in Monday.com CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator webinars and training sessions for continued development.
