Must Haves:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, or similar software
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, or kneel for prolonged periods and lift up to 30 lbs
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the welcoming face of Slick Rock—building relationships, creating personalized experiences, and connecting clients with the right plans, products, and promotions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every visit feels personal and exceptional
- Promote loyalty by remembering client preferences and greeting them by name
- Recommend services and products tailored to client needs
- Create customized Wellness Plans and assist with enrollment in membership options
- Meet and exceed KPIs like Per Client Average and Member Conversion %
- Maintain spotless cleanliness standards in line with our 100% Cleanliness Guarantee
- Support promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns
- Follow sunbed safety regulations and maintain compliance at all times
- Represent our brand, uphold our core values, and contribute to a strong team culture
- Be coachable, engaged, and ready to pitch in wherever needed

Compensation & Incentives
- $16–$18/hr DOE

Schedule
- 6 to 8-hour shifts
