Must Haves:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of customer service experience
• 1 year of sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, or similar software
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, or kneel for prolonged periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  
  
  

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the welcoming face of Slick Rock—building relationships, creating personalized experiences, and connecting clients with the right plans, products, and promotions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every visit feels personal and exceptional
• Promote loyalty by remembering client preferences and greeting them by name
• Recommend services and products tailored to client needs
• Create customized Wellness Plans and assist with enrollment in membership options
• Meet and exceed KPIs like Per Client Average and Member Conversion %
• Maintain spotless cleanliness standards in line with our 100% Cleanliness Guarantee
• Support promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns
• Follow sunbed safety regulations and maintain compliance at all times
• Represent our brand, uphold our core values, and contribute to a strong team culture
• Be coachable, engaged, and ready to pitch in wherever needed

Compensation & Incentives

• $16-$18/hr DOE
