The Purpose:
This is a contract position with TCW in partnership with Slickdeals. As a member of the Deals Quality Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our deal content is complete and accurate in order for our shoppers to find relevant deals when searching and browsing. This includes adding images, keywords, categories, tags, confirming the deal is still available, and other small edits.

What You'll Do:
- Be detailed oriented
- Work through a queue of deals prioritized to be reviewed and meet daily volume and quality expectations
- Be self-directed in a remote work environment to meet performance expectations
- Passionate about helping shoppers find great deals and save money
- Conduct quality assurance on deals
- Checking details of deals to see if deals are still alive or need to be moved to expired
- Adding pictures of products, categories, keywords and tags to deal threads to ensure completeness and accuracy of information
- Understand and implement new instructions quickly
- Communicate with other internal teams
- Surface any bugs or issues with the site or internal tools; providing feedback on internal tools and any user testing
Required Experience
- Computer literate and posses the acumen to quickly learn the company's system as it relates to Deal QA-ing
- Quick learner that is comfortable asking questions and ask for help when needed
- Pays close attention to details and cares about their work quality
- Ability to work alone, while also collaborating with other teams when required
- Extremely reliable and responsive
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Have necessary equipment to perform duties such as desktop or laptop, dual monitor, & high reliable internet connection, or ability to acquire prior to start date
- Ability to work an atypical schedule that could involve weekends, evenings and/or overnight on a permanent basis. This is not a standard 9-5 role.
- Prior experience in ecommerce listings quality assurance roles
- Previous work from home experience
- Knowledge of the Slickdeals website
