Corporate Event Specialist

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee the planning and execution of company-wide events, managing the events calendar, venue selection, branding, and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate corporate volunteer initiatives and community service projects, establishing impactful partnerships with key organizations.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and management of employee engagement activities, including both remote and onsite initiatives.
• Manage corporate sponsorships to ensure alignment with brand objectives and strategic partnerships.
• Support agent-focused events by managing tradeshow logistics, developing event toolkits, enhancing brand presence, and coordinating webinars
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure successful execution.
• Develop and track event metrics and engagement to assess impact and inform future planning.
• Create compelling event content, including invitations, promotional materials, and post-event outreach
• Maintain an inventory of event materials and branded assets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to execute high-impact events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  

What You Already Have

Education, Experience, and Licensing:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or High School diploma and related work experience required.
• 3 years’ experience in event planning, corporate engagement, or a related field.
• 2 years’ experience managing both virtual and in-person events.
  
  

Qualifications/Skills And Competencies

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and work with external partners.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and managing priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of event management tools and platforms is a plus.
• Passion for fostering employee engagement, company culture, and community impact.
• Ability to efficiently manage budgets, streamline logistics, and coordinate with vendors for seamless event execution
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
• Solid working proficiencies of business operations, procedures, and priorities with a strong ability to support change and impart value within an organization.
• Proficient in other MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
