Description
Architect and developer for NY Matters on Siebel, Business Intelligence Publisher, Oracle Analytics Publisher, Elasticsearch, RESTFUL API, Enterprise Data Quality, Siebel Upgrades, and Siebel Migrations.
Duties
Provide guidance to OAG IT staff on installation, integration and configuration and best practices on additional software modules that will be needed in future phases.
Analyze incoming business requirements associated with change requests.
Design technical solutions to meet user needs within the NY Matters architecture. Develop and unit test assigned work items. Resolve reported issues.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience (14 Years)
Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-level architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system.
Requirements

84 months of experience as a developer of Siebel
84 months of experience working as a Siebel Technical Architect
60 months of experience integrating Siebel with other technologies
60 months of experience with Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) and EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager)
48 Months of experience developing a Siebel Public Sector Case Management application
24 months of experience working for a government agency
