Slim Chickens is looking for a General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily restaurant operations. With opportunities to grow and help launch over 20 new locations, this role offers immense potential for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and sanitation.
• Lead, coach, and develop Shift Leaders and hourly staff to perform at their best.
• Manage inventory, ensure stock levels are maintained, and oversee financial records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Management Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, and train top-tier team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and coach staff.
• Create and adjust work schedules to ensure full shift coverage.
• Develop a talent pool for future leadership roles.

Leadership Qualities:

• Exhibit professionalism in attitude and appearance.
• Communicate clearly with staff, guests, and vendors.
• Resolve employee concerns and delegate tasks effectively.

Work Environment:

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Engage positively with guests and team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of restaurant management or leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and math skills.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and professional demeanor.
