Mechanical Assembler

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pull kits with assigned work order numbers from staging shelves.

• Verify and count components (standoffs, screws, washers, etc.) according to the Bill of Materials (BOM).

• Assemble boards using work instructions, BOMs, and prints with attention to detail.

• Machine or hand-clean assemblies as required.

• Perform tasks related to:

  • Box Build

  • Hand/Electrical Tools

  • Press Fit

  • Hardware

  • Cable Harness

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly, preferably in PCBA assembly.

• Accurate counting skills.

• Strong hand/eye coordination and communication skills.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents.

• Basic computer skills.

• ISO-9000 experience desirable.

• Cable harness experience required.
