Duties
- Conduct individual and group golf lessons tailored to the needs of players.
- Develop and implement training programs that enhance players' skills and understanding of the game.
- Provide guidance on golf techniques, rules, and etiquette.
- Organize and facilitate golf clinics, tournaments, and other events to promote engagement within the community.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the golf facility.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to address any issues that may arise during lessons or events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sports coaching.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports coaching or related fields; experience in golf coaching is preferred.
- Skills in lifeguarding, martial arts, or cheerleading are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to educate players effectively and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- Experience in childcare or working with youth is a plus, particularly in managing behavior during lessons.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with students of all ages.
- Enthusiasm for climbing or swimming can enhance team dynamics but is not required.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is beneficial.

Pay: $46,203.00 - $49,554.00 per year
