Job Title: Import Coordinator
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Hybrid
Compensation: $25-$30 per hour
Responsibility
- Cooperate with agents, carriers & customs to ensure timely entry and release.
- Arrange reliable drayage and monitor to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Send pre-alerts, arrival notices, invoices, and other notifications as needed to customer.
Requirements
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry handling ocean import.
-Language: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (speaking and writing) required.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to minimize errors and costs.
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, and proficient with EXCEL.
- Experience with Freight Stream a plus.
