- Must have a minimum of 2 years of Finance Manager experience in an Automotive Dealership with a strong sales background to apply.

- Prior Dealership experience and Reynolds &Reynolds Proficiency a must.
- Only candidates with a proven track record as an F&I manager will be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers.
- Sell Extended Warranties and all other after market items.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise.
- Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
- Work with Sales Manager to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
- Handle all rate quotations.
- Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
- Establish and meet monthly objectives.

Job Requirements:
Two or more years of F&I management experience in a dealership setting.
All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment requirements including MVR, drug test and background check.
