Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks that support our commitment to exceptional care.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for therapists.
- Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage filing systems.
- Assist with data entry tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative functions including document creation and communication.
- Support with clerical duties as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other office software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Looking for some evening hours from 3PM-7PM, Monday - Thursday, and some hours during the day.
This position has a lot of room for growth for the right individual! We are open to transition from part time to full time!
