Recruiting Secretary

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Secretary to manage family enrollment across our three Slope campuses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective families through the admissions process, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between families and school administration. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, experience with CRM systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the family enrollment process across all campuses.
• Maintain and update CRM systems to track prospective and enrolled students.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for families throughout the enrollment process.
• Coordinate and schedule tours, interviews, and information sessions.
• Collaborate with school leadership to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with prospective and enrolled families.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and generate reports as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment and enrollment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a recruitment, admissions, or administrative role.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms; preference will be given to candidates familiar with Airtable, Tuio, Bamboo HR, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of school admissions processes and procedures.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
