Chief Financial Officer Qualifications:
- 10 years leadership experience in a mid-sized aerospace or defense companies.
- Masters Degree in Finance/Accounting with CPA preferred
- Lead strategic financial planning and execution, including M&A activities, to drive organizational growth and maximize shareholder value.
- Drive strategic decision-making by providing critical financial and operational analysis, aligning with budget and long-term goals.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance.
