Employment & Labor Counsel Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience handling complex employment litigation, including adversary proceedings before state and federal courts. Demonstrated trial experience is a strong plus.
  • Possesses excellent client counseling and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
