Labor & Employment Associate Qualifications :
3 years of litigation experience in California labor and employment law, including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims.
Manage complex employment disputes and litigation, including pre-trial investigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial, involving wage and hour, class and collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and employment agreements.
Provide comprehensive employment law counsel and guidance to a diverse client base, including Fortune 100 companies, startups, and businesses across various industries.
Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited top 100 law school is required.
