Hybrid Projects Attorney Qualifications
- 5 years of experience at a large law firm advising clients on construction, procurement, and project development matters.
- Background in project development within the renewable energy or oil & gas sectors, particularly with large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience negotiating engineering, procurement, and construction agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, equipment procurement agreements, and other development agreements.
