Sr. Real Estate Attorney Responsibilities and Requirements :

  • 5 years real estate litigation experience across sales / acquisitions, financing, leasing, development.
  • Active license with Oregon state bar
  • Role will focus on a variety of complex real estate purchase and sales, equity acquisitions and sales, debt financing, opinions, development and construction, and leasing.
  • Foster strong relationships, impacting major development and finance projects, and driving excellence through mentorship, training, and cross-office collaboration.

    • Salary : $210,000 - $235,000
