Customer Care Representative Job Duties

The Customer Care Representative enthusiastically facilitates the process of sales, check out, payment, product fulfillment, delivery, and ensures a positive Slumberland experience for our customers.

Passionate about customer experience with the ability to cultivate loyalty and satisfaction through exceptional customer service and support

Process web orders; communicate to stores and customers via email and phone on order completion or issues

Manage incoming chat sessions for the entire organization via chatting personally with the customer or connecting them to a store employee

Self-motivated to solve problems and find the best possible solutions to balance customer expectations and company interests

Become a subject matter expert on the products and services offered, practicing selling strategies, and achieve performance objectives set by the leadership team

Requirements

Customer Care Representative Job Requirements

High school diploma and a minimum of one-year administrative or customer service experience

General working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook with proven success in office communication techniques

Retail software and ECommerce experience preferred

Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate high level functioning under pressure

Ability to use hands for typing for up to 10 hours per day

Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays
