Job Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet clients warmly
- Keep supplies stocked (including drinks/snacks for clients)
- Maintain client and prospect databases
- Manage files, calendars, and appointments
- Recording and maintaining accurate client notes
- Handle client communications (reminders, thank-you notes, invitations, etc.)
- Provide general office support as needed
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of office/administrative experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
- Proficiency with phones, filing, and scheduling
- Positive, professional attitude with great customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to attend and assist with 2-4 monthly events
